Hello to the world-wide Family of Light!

When you see the beauty of a sunrise over the calm water or a bee sliding inside a flower or you hear a bird singing, your heart opens. Your human mind moves upwards into the gracious and expansive stillness of sacredness. Here you experience the world of universal, cosmic Divine Love. This Love surpasses the boundaries of time, space and human frequency. It resides and resonates in our soul and from there radiates outwards into our world.

No matter where we live we are all made of this same Love for It is our divine essence. This is why we may enjoy sudden meaningful friendships with people or with beings of Light whom we have never met before in this lifetime. These individuals and beings bring forth waves of Love and we remember their radiance. Somewhere in some lifetime we have met them either in physical or in non-physical form. We will recognize them more and more in the time to come. In transcending this chaotic world, we will feel an increased divine radiance of pure Love coming towards us from outside of our selves and welling up from within us. We will recognize friends, families and groupings both physical and non-physical. We will find those to whom we belong.

This belonging goes beyond the idea of dimensions and worlds as these are constructed on our notion of time. Increasingly, we will experience “non-earth” time. In absorbing and living this radiance of pure Love we will enjoy exquisite frequencies and recognize these vibrations in others. Fear can be manipulated, but not Love. Divine Love is the perfect frequency and tolerates no interference.

Therefore, we are asked to cultivate Love: sacred, perfect Love. Let us make it our foundation, our Truth, our reason for living upon our Earth. As we absorb this Love we know that we are immortal beings of Love and Light and that we are here upon this Planet Earth at this time to understand, to grow and to help.

Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and lift them up gently to the spiritual eye, the point between the eyebrows. Gently breathe in and out. Open up and relax your body and mind and heart. Feel Love and peace flowing through you. Sense your mind and heart expanding. Now, become aware of a beautiful sacred presence of Light inside of you, in your soul. Let go of all concerns and focus on the exquisite presence of this magnificent divine being. Feel your heart and consciousness expanding. This sacred presence is radiating great Love inside your soul and throughout all your body. Let this majestic and powerful Love fill you up. Become one with this pure radiance of Love. Say to yourself quietly, “I am Love. I am the Love of the universe. I am Love.”
