Hello to the world-wide Family of Light!

When we see a flower in the field or a snowflake falling we realize that we and the physical world around us hold a great spiritual elegance filled with intelligence, order and beauty.

How do we nurture and manifest our spiritual elegance? We do this by living from the centre of our souls. Here we are permanently connected to the Divine radiance of our Creator. We recognize that there is no distance between our soul’s Light and the Light of Creation—we are One.

As souls we are infinite, perfect, eternal and elegant. Each time that we express our love and encouragement we live inside the pure beauty of our spiritual nature. However, to live constantly and consistently in our spiritual nature we must continue to follow faithfully the upward path of Light. Here we remain poised in the peace and in the loving expansion of our hearts and minds. Here we radiate our spiritual composure to the world around us. Are we able to sit in divine Love, to think in Love, to speak in Love, to be in Love at every moment? Can we recognize and love ourselves as Divine creations? Can we direct ourselves to remain poised in the vibration of goodness and sacredness? If we can do this, then we are becoming elegant, spiritual beings of Light.

For those among us who have met with higher vibrational beings, whether in physical form or in Light form, understand that we, our planet and our world hold a wonderful creative intelligence of order and harmony. When we expand our consciousness and move into a higher, all-inclusive mind—God mind—we become aware of something wonderful: As we move upwards, we become associated with beings from vast civilizations, of other worlds and dimensions of Light and Love and Thought, all vibrating in exquisite, sacred frequencies. These beings also continue upwards toward an even greater elegance of Spirit. This is also our future—ever moving inwards and upwards.

As we cultivate this inner poise of peace and Love and make it our own, we live permanently inside the beauty of Spirit. As a result, everything we think, feel, say and create becomes harmonious and elegant.

Let’s play.

Sit in a quiet place, close your eyes and lift them up gently to the spiritual eye, the place between the eyebrows. Gently breathe in and out. Quiet the mind. Let go of thought and let peace flow through you. Feel the God Presence within you as a beautiful force of Love and Light and Peace. Feel your sacredness. Now, imagine that there is an exquisite being of Light standing in front of your body. Feel its holy vibration. Feel your body, mind, heart and soul resonating to the frequency of this being of Light standing in front of you. Now, feel that this Light being is becoming larger and larger. It lovingly surrounds your entire body. Feel you are completely enveloped in the holy Light of this great being. Let yourself go into its embrace. Feel the sacred radiance of this Great Light illuminating your heart and mind and the very cells of your body. Feel sacred oneness.
