Regiena Heringa was born in The Netherlands and came to Canada as a young child. She completed her university studies both in Canada and abroad and continues to this day to teach and counsel. She lives in Québec.

In 1980 Regiena had her first “non-ordinary” event—the physical appearance of a great master—which incited her to study the Divine and consequently directed her to live this inner sacredness and to share it with others. She continues to have conscious contact with Spiritual Beings and fosters a personal interest in those from other planets and star systems.

Regiena believes that we are moving towards a tremendous spiritual renewal which is being poured down to the earth by the Great Light of Christ Consciousness. As she states: “ It is through our efforts of constantly reminding ourselves that we are a unified whole of Love and Peace that our world will take on its greatest Divine importance ever witnessed in the history of our Planet. We are to cultivate and live this unity so sweetly and so completely that we, as one, become the elegant outward expression of this "Great Divine Force of Creation wherein we all dwell.”

Workshops: Canada and Europe

In Canada and in Europe, Regiena offers workshops on practical spirituality. In an atmosphere of respect and love and through meditation and group exercises, she encourages participants to move into their highest expression of spiritual consciousness and directs them on how to live in the every-day world and yet remain within their Divine nature. Much appreciated is the Star of Life workshop which Regiena gives in loving fellowship with those of other worlds.

Radio Workshops

Since 2003 Regiena has been a regular guest on the Namasté radio show in Ottawa, Canada, hosted by Jennifer Clark. On the air she facilitates workshops and guides meditations.

Spiritual Counseling

In the Ottawa/Outaouais region in Canada, Regiena offers one-to-one spiritual counseling sessions in English and in French to help individuals, dedicated to living in Christ Consciousness, to better understand their lives and thereby cultivate a clearer sense of life purpose.

Music

With the help of Spiritual Beings, Regiena has written quiet, majestic music to open the heart to contemplation and meditation.
