  1. Relax to allow the energizing convergent light-stimulants reach deep within your soul

  2. Slow the breathing, while also feeling your total being relaxing to  allow the bio-rhythms to harmonize  

  3. Most people feel an energy field moving up and down from head to toe at given points 

  4. Focus, visualise the divine LIFE LIGHT COSGATE symbol as outer energies converge as one 

  5. Now you might well  feel the heart and solar-plexus regions stirring and expanding upwards

  6. This is a positive sign the Chakras are balancing and aligning with one another 

  7. Focus on this feeling for a few moments 

  8. All the while having moved the light-energy upwards, starting at the base of your spine (root Chakra)

  9. Move the power source within you through each Chakra point, pausing momentarily at each spot

  21. Stay in this wonderful position allowing the light to flow through above your head as if a pyramid

  22. Slowly or once feeling a definite upligftment and connection, stay in this elevated light position for approximately ten to fifteen minutes

  23. Now slowly come down moving your conscious through each of the enhanced Chakra points until touching base once more 

  24. Breath out a few times to ensure you are calmly back ready to push on with life, generally

Empowerment literally moves the living organism on to higher energy frequencies and intensities. It is the state of "knowingness-supreme". We do not indicate that you, as living organism consciously know all or become superior in stance, attitude or action. No; the state of empowerment is the state of being in total alignment with the ALL of Creation and hence, in total alignment with the most powerful directive and loving energies of empowerment."
