It has frequently been said that we are living in a time of great transition, but from what to what?
Perhaps the greater question is: “As individuals, what kind of community and world do we wish to create?”
Presently, a profound shift in our planet’s history is being witnessed and we have an unprecedented opportunity to fulfill our personal and planetary Destiny.
What is this Destiny? To construct and to progress in a world of unity based on the Creator’s principles of love, comprehension, learning, sharing, and creation. This is the spiritual way.
Our time of isolation from other planetary systems is over. We are being asked to return to a universal society, wherein all members, recognized as loving and intelligent expressions of the Divine Source, are treated with respect and dignity. We are being invited to express our innate sacredness by thinking and acting as mature spiritual beings.
There are many other populated worlds and dimensions where citizens live peacefully in full accordance with universal law and, consequently, continue to grow in love, knowledge and wisdom. Although they may be further ahead of us in terms of spiritual understanding and scientific discovery, they are ready to help us, if we demonstrate our willingness to change. It is universal order which encourages those of a greater spiritual comprehension to help those struggling, yet showing effort. This is similar to our own life: we lend a hand to someone in difficulty, should that individual show the willingness to advance.
The Institute for Spiritual Unfoldment and Interworld Studies (ISUIS) has been created primarily to help those wanting to develop spiritually so that a new world based on the Christ principle of Love—fraternal love, thought and deed—can be birthed.
ISUIS, as part of world education, also plays a vital role in encouraging spiritually aware individuals to become more familiar with the thinking and living patterns of those from more advanced star worlds and dimensions.
Why is this initiative so important? Because presently upon our planet, a universal helping hand of peace is being offered to all. As individuals and societies demonstrate their willingness to embody and live the spiritual attributes of fraternal love, cooperation, justice and equality, to name but a few, an invitation is extended to them to participate in the coming together of interplanetary, intergalactic and interdimensional communities. It is in understanding the ways and teachings of these highly evolved beings that we are encouraged to continue the path of mindful expansion on Earth and to become united with them.
It is our deepest wish that the Institute for Spiritual Unfoldment and Interworld Studies (ISUIS) be a haven for the reflection and learning of those aspiring to touch, unfold and develop their innate spiritual nature, to help establish a new world based on the Creator’s love and to consciously become a part of the interworld communities of spiritually and scientifically enlightened beings.

Il a souvent été dit que notre époque en est une de grande transition. Mais de quoi à quoi?
La vraie question qu’il faut poser est celle-ci : « En tant qu’individus, quel genre de communauté et monde voulons-nous créer ? »
Nous sommes témoins actuellement de profonds changements dans l'histoire de notre planète et nous avons une occasion sans précédent d'accomplir notre Destinée personnelle et planétaire.
Quel est ce Destin ? Il est de construire et de progresser dans un monde d'unité fondé sur les principes d’amour, de compréhension, d'apprentissage, de partage et de création établis par le Créateur. Notre Destin est de vivre pleinement la voie spirituelle.
Notre période d’isolement des autres systèmes planétaires est révolue. Nous sommes appelés maintenant à recréer une société universelle, où tous les membres sont reconnus en tant qu’expressions d'amour et d’intelligence de la Source Divine et sont traités avec respect et dignité. Nous sommes invités à exprimer notre sacralité innée en pensant et en agissant comme des êtres spirituels évolués.
Beaucoup d'autres mondes et dimensions peuplés existent, où les citoyens vivent paisiblement en pleine conformité avec la loi universelle et continuent par conséquent à grandir dans l'amour, la connaissance et la sagesse. Bien que ces êtres soient plus évolués que nous en termes de compréhension spirituelle et de découvertes scientifiques, ils sont prêts à nous aider, si nous faisons preuve du désir de changer et d’évoluer. En effet, il appartient à l'ordre universel d’encourager ceux qui possèdent une plus grande compréhension spirituelle à aider ceux qui peinent mais font preuve d’efforts. Il en est de même dans notre propre vie : nous donnons un coup de main à quelqu'un en difficulté, si cette personne manifeste le désir s’en sortir.
L’Institut de l'épanouissement spirituel et des études intermondiales (IESEI) a été créé principalement dans le but d’aider ceux et celles qui désirent évoluer spirituellement pour qu’un nouveau monde fondé sur le principe christique d’Amour – c’est-à-dire l’amour, la pensée et l'acte fraternels – puisse naître.
L’IESEI, dans le cadre de l'éducation mondiale, joue également un rôle essentiel en encourageant les individus spirituellement conscients à mieux connaître les modes de pensée et de vie des êtres qui appartiennent à dimensions et à des mondes planétaires plus évolués.
Pourquoi cette initiative est-elle si importante? C’est parce qu’à l’heure actuelle un coup de main universel de paix nous est offert. À mesure que les individus et les communautés démontrent leur volonté d'incarner et de vivre les attributs spirituels d’amour fraternel, de coopération, de justice et d’égalité, entre autres, une invitation leur est lancée de participer à la convergence des communautés interplanétaires, intergalactiques et inter-dimensionnelles. C’est par la compréhension des pratiques et des enseignements de ces êtres hautement évolués que nous sommes encouragés à poursuivre la voie de l'expansion consciente sur la Terre et de nous joindre à eux.
Nous souhaitons ardemment que l’Institut de l'épanouissement spirituel et des études intermondiales (IESEI) soit une oasis de réflexion et d'apprentissage pour tous ceux et celles qui aspirent à prendre conscience et à développer leur nature spirituelle innée, afin d’établir un monde nouveau fondé sur l'amour du Créateur et faire consciemment partie des communautés intermondiales d’êtres évolués tant au niveau spirituel que scientifique.

In
the summer of 1993, Regiena began notating ideas and information concerning
planetary and multi-dimensional existence patterns, transmitted by an energy-grouping
source that calls itself collectively "Sextus." The boquet of thoughts
and images presented in these books is offered to humanity to create a greater
awareness and understanding of the connectiveness and interdependance of all
living things in the universe.
The task at hand for the coming millenium is "to explore, to quest further" so that as human beings, we may expand and express our multidimensional existance by becoming active members in this new and present reality which "Sextus" calls "the construct in motion."

Introducing Dr. Frank E. Stranges
There is a magnificent infusion of Spiritual energy that has begun to bathe us in a Light inciting us all to move into the Power and Love of the great "I AM." This can easily be considered the greatest movement in the history of our planet. As such, we are being asked from within to consciously participate in this tremendous awakening and, hand-in-hand with each other and with our planet, raise ourselves up into a greater Destiny of Divine expression. We are being asked to commit ourselves to living a life of Truth and Love. This is the path to greater fulfillment and perfection. It is also the philosophy of the Intergalactic Community.
No one knows this more than Dr. Frank E. Stranges. This erudite, holding degrees in Theology, Criminology and Psychology, has dedicated his life to the study of the Bible and other sacred texts in relationship to spiritual growth and understanding not only of our planet and its people, but also of those from other worlds. Since 1959 Dr. Stranges has physically met and conversed with our Friends from Venus and he continues to this day to enjoy their fellowship. It is in concert with the Divine Creator and with these wonderful Beings that Dr. Stranges teaches and guides others to a greater understanding of themselves and the universe. He leads the Inner Circle (an international group of like-minded individuals committed to strengthening world Light through action) and publishes a monthly newsletter titled The Inter-Space Link which promotes greater understanding of universal spirituality and unfolds information volunteered by our Space Friends.

our Planet Earth and in releasing such insightful information he has granted

is being extended to us all by our Venusian friends, the Inter-galactic Federation
and the Angelic Realm.
